Our pedigree herd of "Hartnall" of Red Devons started in 2008 has increased from 32 to 85.  This year we are expecting a bumper calving period.  They have settled in to their new home at New Park Farm very well.  Our cows are slow matured on grazed grass in the fields during the year and haylage when they come inside for the winter.  We do feed them our own rolled Oats and Wheat feed but they have no other concentrate feeding.

Last year we started our own boxed meat sales which went very well and this year we intend to do more, with our first batch going to slaughter in March.

Our boxes contain approximately 30lbs (13.6kg) of meat to include cuts as:

3 Top Side Joints 9lbs (4kg), 3 Rib Joints 9lbs (4kg), 1 Pack Mixed Steaks 3lbs (1.3kg), 1 Brisket 3lbs (1.3kg), 4 Stewing Steak Packs 4lbs (1.8kg) and 4 Mince Packs 4lbs (1.8kg)

We deliver locally and everything is vacuumed packed and labelled ready for the freezer.
